Pasta Chicken Pesto
Best pesto pasta ever! The Mac nuts make it unique. Great portion size but we left nothing on the plate.
13+ cheese burger
Honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had, the staff was amazing and kind and just made sure me and my family had the best dinner together.
Shrimp & Grits
This is my go to dish when going to Fosters. The creaminess of the girts and the perfectly cooked cajun shrimp around the edges is a hardy dish. Topped with an over easy egg above rainbow chard is the perfect treat at dinner time.
pasta chicken pesto
Wow, this was extremely flavorful and fresh! The sauce was perfectly creamy, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. I highly recommend this dish!
Shrimp & Grits
The Shrimp & Grits are to die for.... the chard has an amazing tangy flavor, the blackened shrimp was just right not too spicy and perfect texture, the egg on top is a wonderful addition, but the GRITS are the "creme de la creme" to make this a savory gourmet dish. It was a healthy portion, and I could not finish it. We took the leftovers and reheating them had the feeling of "thanksgiving leftovers" when you have the pleasure of enjoying them again. I also ordered an Aperol Spritzer, which I requested with a few little personal twists to the preparation, our waiter and bartender were very accommodating and made it perfectly, which enhanced the total experience. My husband indulged by ordering the Country Fried Chicken, he enjoyed it so much I was afraid that he might lick the plate so as not to miss a morsel. The entire staff was friendly, professional and the view of the ocean was breathtaking.
Country Fried Chicken
My current favorite meal at Foster's Kitchen is the Country Fried Chicken with Mashed Potatoes & Sauteed Greens! My wife enjoyed the Blackened Shrimp Cheese Grits & both were delicious.. ?
pasta steakhouse
As a first time visitor to Foster's I did not know what to get other than the suggestions from my family and friends. The pasta steakhouse was a common recommendation from everyone and let's just say it did not disappoint. The steak was cooked exactly how I wanted and paired with perfectly cooked creamy pasta. Highly recommend if you haven't tried it to try it.
Fish And Chips
The fish was Ono which is a favorite. It was cooked in a cornmeal batter that was nice and crunchy. The fish was just a tad over. The chips were great! I had the truffle garlic ones. Their homemade tartar sauce was delicious which is a big thing for me. Their coleslaw was also the best I've had yet on this vacation. Their space is beautiful. All in all it was pretty great and I would definitely recommend it
Paniolo Salad
This dish was simlpy amazing! The first meal I had on the island. Hands down to die for! Great job.
