A 15% gratuity, distributed to eligible employees, and applicable Hawai'i General Excise Tax will be added to pickup orders. Payment is required in full when the order is confirmed.

Delivery is available for orders of $250 or more within 10 miles of Foster's Kitchen. Availability may depend on timing, location, property access, and the size of the order.

Food is packaged in biodegradable containers and/or disposable aluminum pans and transported using appropriate temperature-control procedures.

A 20% gratuity, distributed to eligible employees, and applicable Hawai'i General Excise Tax will be added to delivery orders. Payment is required in full when the order is confirmed.

Relax and enjoy your gathering while our team takes care of the food, setup, and service. Full-service catering is typically best suited for events of 20 or more guests.

Equipment, Transportation & Setup  $500

A $500 fee applies to off-site full-service catering events. This covers transportation, setup, and breakdown of Foster's Kitchen catering equipment, including the following items as appropriate for your selected menu:

• Chafing dishes

• Buffet signage

• Simple buffet décor

• Serving bowls and platters

• Serving utensils

Your event proposal will confirm the equipment provided, transportation coverage, and any additional charges associated with your location or venue access.

Staffing, Tableware & Additional Services

Your proposal will outline the event staffing, service hours, and any associated staffing charges.

Biodegradable plates, bowls, and cutlery are available upon request. Any additional costs for these items, rentals, specialty equipment, or other services will be included in your proposal before booking.

Gratuity & Administrative Fee

A 20% gratuity will be added and distributed to eligible event service employees.

A separate 5% administrative fee covers event planning, coordination, scheduling, ordering, and operational support. This fee is not a gratuity and is not distributed as tip income.

Your proposal will clearly identify which charges are subject to the gratuity and administrative fee and show each amount separately.

Your Event Total

Applicable Hawaiʻi General Excise Tax will also be added. Before booking, you will receive an itemized proposal showing your menu, equipment and setup fee, staffing, requested additions, gratuity, administrative fee, and tax.

Events hosted at Foster's Kitchen are quoted separately based on the setup and service required.

Gather around the table and let our team provide the scratch-made food, thoughtful service, and memorable hospitality Foster's Kitchen is known for.

Groups of 20 or more will select from a prearranged event menu. A minimum food purchase of $50 per guest applies before the 20% gratuity, 5% administrative fee, and applicable Hawai'i General Excise Tax.

Alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages are additional and do not count toward the food minimum.

Gratuity & Administrative Fee

A 20% gratuity will be added and distributed to eligible event service employees.

A separate 5% administrative fee covers event planning, coordination, scheduling, ordering, and operational support. This fee is not a gratuity and is not distributed as tip income.

We recommend beginning menu planning at least 30 days before the event whenever possible. Final menu selections, guaranteed guest count, and payment are due seven calendar days before the event. Menu changes cannot be accepted within seven calendar days of the event.

Exclusive use of a designated dining area, private space, or full restaurant buyout may require a rental fee, a higher minimum spending commitment, or both. Any applicable requirements will be clearly outlined in your event proposal.

Deposits and Payment
A signed Hospitality Agreement and a deposit equal to 50% of the estimated event total are required to reserve an event date.

The remaining balance is due seven calendar days before the event. Events booked within seven calendar days require payment in full when the reservation is confirmed.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

For cancellations received more than seven calendar days before the event, payments will be refunded less the administrative fee specified in your signed Event Proposal and Hospitality Agreement. The administrative fee is nonrefundable.

For cancellations received seven calendar days or fewer before the event, payments are nonrefundable.

Planning Ahead
For full-service catering and in-house events, we recommend submitting your inquiry at least 30 days in advance whenever possible. For pickup and local delivery orders, we recommend at least seven days' notice.

Short-notice requests may be accommodated depending on menu availability, staffing, and event requirements. For full-service catering and in-house events booked within seven calendar days, final menu selections, guaranteed guest count, and full payment are required when the booking is confirmed.

Final pricing, included services, fees, deadlines, and event details will be confirmed in your Event Proposal and Hospitality Agreement.
