Our pickup orders are served in biodegradable containers, and/or disposable aluminum pans. A 15% gratuity is added to all orders. All pick-up orders must be paid for in advance.

Deliveries will have a minimum spend of $250 and a 20% gratuity is added to all orders. Deliveries have a max delivery range of 10 miles. Some restrictions may apply. Our delivery orders are served in biodegradable containers, and/or disposable aluminum pans. These orders are kept at a proper temperature during transport. All delivery orders must be paid for in advance.

All catering events will include a $500 set up fee and a 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill. All full-service catering events are run by our well-trained staff. They trained in the proper handling, preparation, and storage. Our set up includes use of chafing dishes, buffet signage, light decor, serving bowls, and serving utensils. Biodegradable plates, bowls and/or cutlery can be provided upon request and may include an extra cost.

All large parties of 20 guests or more must have their menu planned 3 days in advance of the event date. There is a $50 per person minimum food order for groups over 20 people, including a 20% gratuity. Alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages are not included. If you are seeking exclusive use of Foster's Dining Room for an event, a room rental fee and/or higher minimum per person charge will be applied.

Deposit

All events require a 50% deposit to be confirmed. The remaining 50% is due 72 hours (about 3 days) in advance of the scheduled event. 

Cancelation and Refunds 

A partial refund of your deposit will only be available if we are provided with 7 days' written notice of cancellation. If less than a 3-days' notice is given, the deposit becomes non-refundable. A 10% service charge will apply to any cancelation even if notice is given within the 7 days required. Any cancelation inside of 7 days will result in the deposit becoming non-refundable. 

Any last-minute catering orders placed less than 1 week out must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
